Transit times begin once your order has been processed and accepted by the shipping carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the destination, service selected, holidays, weather, and carrier delays.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST? If your tracking information has shown no movement for 30 days, please contact us so we can review the shipment. Orders marked as delivered by USPS, UPS, or local delivery service cannot be refunded or credited. Woolf & Woolf is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect mailing address provided by the customer.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES? Yes! International shipping rates and available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout.
WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM? All Woolf & Woolf orders ship from Manhattan Beach, California.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT? Please contact us within seven days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY? All Woolf & Woolf sales are final and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please carefully review the product description, sizing, color, shipping address, and order details before completing your purchase. Damaged or incorrect items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis when reported within seven days of delivery.
